Construcciones Sánchez Domínguez, Sando, was founded in 1974 providing complementary services to the construction sector. More than thirty-five years later, Sando has become one of the largest consolidated multinational companies in the construction sector in Spain. During this period, the company has undergone constant and sustainable expansion throughout Spain, Europe and South America and diversified its activities into five business areas: Construction, Environment, Concessions, Materials and Supplies and Real Estate. Civil construction projects have constituted the principal business line since Sando’s creation. In 2005, Sando created a Central European division, headquartered in Warsaw, which has firmly established itself in the Construction and Real Estate markets, executing key civil engineering projects for the economic and social development of the country as well as residential projects. Corporate Social Responsibility has always been one of the principal strategic objectives of the company, consolidated in the Sando Foundation, founded in 2006.
