Organisational structure

The department of Human Resources is currently undergoing a restructuring process which will reorient the department from mere administration towards a new business structure based on four pillars:

  • Personnel Administration
  • Selection-remuneration

To make this structure function effectively and orient it towards common business goals, there must be a direct connection and co-ordination between Human Resources management and the various business areas of the Group.
